Arctic Slope Regional Corporation in Anchorage, Alaska was looking for a single source to help design and furnish their new 200,000 sq/ft. offices. Arctic Slope needed a company that could respond quickly to their furniture requirements and help the project stay on track. The project team had 4 weeks to design, program , and implement the entire 9 floor project to include shipping logistics to Alaska. Unique requirements were easily supported by the project team utilizing daily conference calls and secure web based Xtranets. These processes helped speed the design and procurement for this major project. Project drawings were posted to the Xtranet to help the manufacturer, designer, end-user and representatives of Arctic Slope departments view the drawings real time, modify and make quick decisions to complete the project on time.
