Design, Space Planning and Technical CAD
At MRG our team of space planners work closely with the client to help create flexible and productive offices. We carefully analyze conditions, needs and concerns of the existing and/or new facilities to determine the requirements for a successful office environment. MRG's space planners also help to develop product standards, inventory existing furniture, select product finishes, and coordinate with contractor(s). MRG utilizes in house designers and factory supported design teams depending on the project scale and requirements. CAD or GIZA drawings are then created by our computer technicians for use by the entire project team. No charge plans are available for most projects!

Project Management
MRG’s team of project managers are on hand from a project’s initial planning stages to final installation to ensure that your office facility is completely furnished according to plan. Working closely with the account representative, sub-contractors, architect, and MRG’s installation crew. Our Project Managers keep information moving through the implementation process while providing the accountability and flexibility to ensure your success. A project manager's top priority is your complete satisfaction.

Inventory Management
For companies dealing with constant changes in their work environment, or for firms taking on occasional projects, we offer inventory management services. This involves taking a physical inventory of the office furniture and systems. Once the inventory is assessed we keep and maintain a computer file of your inventory from which periodic reports are published. These reports are invaluable when the time comes to move, remodel, or reconfigure your office space, making the change both cost effective and seamless.

Move Management
An office move can be one of the most disruptive and stressful tasks undertaken by a company. There are numerous issues to address with a move and when left to the last minute can become difficult to handle and extremely time consuming. Our years of experience in dealing with moving projects has left MRG well prepared to assist you with the planning process. We will work with your designated move manager early in the project cycle to ensure that all systems are in place, on time, including: furniture, electrical, phones, computers, and all other office equipment. We accomplish this by working with you to create a checklist and timeline which organizes and co-ordinates all aspects of your move; transforming a seemingly insurmountable task into an organized, seamless move.
